Appellate Practice and Trial Support Associate - All Offices
Carlton Fields is seeking an associate candidate with two or more years of demonstrated appellate and trial support experience to join any of its offices. The ideal candidate will have actual courtroom experience, including handling appellate oral arguments, arguing legal motions, participating in charge conferences, and preserving the record during trials. Candidates with judicial clerking experience are preferred. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Salary range: $150,000 - $215,000 (depending on location)
